Много приятно място, хем близо до града, хем се чувстваш, като на село. Градината е направена с вкус и е много кокетна. Има голяма къща за гости и бунгало. Къщата е голяма и в нея могат да се настанят 6-8 души. Ние със съпругата ми се настанихме в бунгалото, което е само за двама души. Новопостроено е и е оборудвано с климатик, хладилник и телевизор. Банята с тоалетна е голяма и чиста. Основното помещение е обзаведено с голяма спалня с общ (2-а персона) повдигащ се матрак. Определено не е подходящо за хора с височина над 1,90 м., защото би им било клаустрофобично. На мен ми беше. Няма достатъчно място да си разположиш дрехите, ако си дошъл за повече от два дни. Има само закачалки тип "портманто", но за гардеробче няма място. Пред бунгалото е поставена масичка с две столчета и хубав изглед. На разположение под един навес има електрическо котлонче и фурна с тигани, тенджери, джезве за кафе, чашки за кафе с лъжички за кафе, но за чинии, вилици и лъжици, сами ще трябва да се погрижите. Хазайката е много приятна и отзивчива и ако и обърнете внимание, сигурно ще ви ги подсигури.

Ivan and his mother are kind people. However, there are some things that can be improved.
The location provided via Airbnb is not precise. One needs to drive 200 meters uphill in order to reach the house. Probably the biggest issue for us was the cleaniness aspect. There were cobwebs right above the bed, hairs on the bed lining and the toilet was dirty. It appears that the previous guests have smoked in the room, because there was a persistent smell of burnt tobacco. Maybe these issues should be addressed first before adding fancy light spots and an electronic pest repeller. The mattresses was very soft and we found it difficult to sleep on, but that may be just a personal thing other guests won't find relevant. The fridge is in a bad shape, full of rust on the sides and at the joints.
The garden is not as big as it appears on the photos, but it's a nice touch.

Ivans Place is a cute and comfortable spot in the village area of Bulgaria. Very clean and cozy. Communication was perfect and we had anything we could ask for! I would always recommend to stay here and look forward to coming back! Thank you so much!

Property is very well presented inside with a modern style not reflected by the log cabin effect outside. The is a view of distant mountains over the town. For a car there is only parking next to the lane that goes up the side and around the back of the property.. A loaded adventure motorcycle can fit up the garden path and be locked behind gate. However the property is on a hill making manoeuvring the bike difficult but not impossible. Place is clean, comfortable and bed is good. Shower is hot. No kitchen so bring camping gear. Water is drinkable out of the tap. Very quiet. Would come back again.
